5. Data Breaches
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:
- Notify the ANSPDCP within 72 hours of becoming aware
- Notify affected individuals without undue delay if the breach poses high risk
6. International Transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless adequate protection safeguards are in place as required by Chapter V of GDPR.
7. Children's Data
Our services are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
