1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using v2techgarage.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Romanian and EU laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

V2 Tech Garage provides the following services:

  • Motorcycle rental services
  • Auto body repair services
  • Premium painting services
  • Polishing and detailing services

3. Motorcycle Rental Terms

3.1 Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 21 years old
  • Valid motorcycle driving license (category A) required
  • Valid government-issued ID required
  • Security deposit required at time of rental

3.2 Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability confirmation
  • A security deposit is required to secure the booking
  • Payment accepted in RON and EUR
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund

3.3 Rental Conditions

  • The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as rented
  • Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period
  • Motorcycles must not be used for racing, stunts or illegal activities
  • The renter must comply with all Romanian traffic laws
  • Sub-renting or lending the motorcycle to third parties is strictly prohibited

3.4 Insurance and Liability

  • Basic insurance (RCA) is included in the rental price
  • The renter is liable for damage not covered by insurance
  • V2 Tech Garage is not liable for personal injury during rental

4. Auto Body & Paint Services

  • All service quotes are valid for 30 days
  • Work begins only after written or electronic approval
  • Completion times are estimates and may vary
  • V2 Tech Garage provides a quality guarantee on all completed work
  • Any additional damage discovered during repair will be communicated before proceeding

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in RON and EUR. Prices include applicable Romanian VAT (TVA) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, V2 Tech Garage shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Damages arising from force majeure events

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
